Vinegar May Aid in Fat Loss

Definitely. I started using cider vinegar in my food and cooking. There are many ways you can incorporate cider vinegar in your food, salad dressings are an obvious one but I use it to make houmous, sprinkle some over my salmon to cook it in the oven and add some to olive oil when cooking potatoes or vegetables. There are probably more ways than I can list here. Try it and see how it will help you.
